JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel on both sides. Perused the record and verified the case status information. On instructions, it is submitted by learned counsel on both sides that Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. It is confirmed by the case status information which shows that the suit in O.S.No.499 of 2015 was dismissed on 11.03.2022. Since, the original suit is dismissed, as no cause survives, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
