JUDGMENT:
Heard learned counsel on both sides. Perused the record. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred assailing the Orders dated 14.11.2012 in I.A.No.426 of 2012 in O.S.No.118 of 2012 on the file of learned VII Additional District Judge at Warangal, be it stated that as per the case status information the original suit in O.S.No.118 of 2012 was dismissed for default on 19.02.2021. Therefore, as no cause survives in view of dismissal of original suit, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
