AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.3076 OF 2003 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/father aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 09.06.2003, passed in O.P.No.209 of 2000 by the learned Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the appellant/father seeking custody of the minor children, was dismissed.

2. Heard. Perused the record.

3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms. Sunita Nawandar, learned counsel representing Sri Vivek Jain, learned counsel for the appellant/father, that the minor children have attained majority and therefore, cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

4. The said submissions are taken on record.

5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
