AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAMAVARAPU RAJESHWAR RAO Writ Appeal No.1848 of 2013 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal with liberty to pursue his remedies in accordance with law including the remedies available for getting succession certificate from the competent Civil Court.
2. In view of above, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
