SECOND APPEAL No.294 of 2014
JUDGMENT:
On 21.01.2022, it was reported that Sri Venkateshwar Varanasi, learned counsel for the appellant is no more, therefore, notice was issued to the sole appellant and the said notice was served. Inspite of receiving the notice, there is no representation for the sole appellant either in person or through an advocate.
2. The second appeal relates to the year,2014 and it is still coming up for admission. The appellant has not evinced any interest either in appearing in person or through an advocate before the Court to prosecute the matter.
3. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
