2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 16.11.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge allowing Writ Petition No.41384 of 2022 filed by respondent No.6 as the writ petitioner.
3. After hearing the matter at considerable length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal and to file a petition for review before the learned Single Judge.

4. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed on
withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
