AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.595 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1(d) C.P.C., is filed by the appellants aggrieved by the order, dated 05.06.2015, passed in I.A.No.53 of 2015 in O.S.No.5 of 2015 by the learned V Additional District Judge, Medak at Sangareddy.

3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the subject Suit in O.S.No.5 of 2015 was disposed of some time back and in view of the same, cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. The said submissions are taken on record.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
