      This appeal, under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) read with Section

151 C.P.C., is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the order,

dated 31.01.2012, passed in I.A.No.1226 of 2011 in I.A.No.988

of 2011 in O.S.No.176 of 2011 by the learned III Additional Chief

Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.


2.    Heard. Perused the record.


3.    In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of

this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that the

subject Suit in O.S.No.176 of 2011 was decreed on 11.02.2022 and in view of the same, cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.

4. The said submissions are taken on record.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
