Heard Ms. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the
appellant and Mr. M.Parma Reddy, learned Assistant
Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the
respondents.
2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 23.06.2008 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.11430 of 2008 along with other writ petitions.
3. The related writ appeal i.e., W.A.No.625 of 2008 arising out of W.P.No.11413 of 2008, which was also dismissed along with the impugned common order, was dismissed by this Court on 26.08.2022 as infructuous by a detailed order.
4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ appeal is also dismissed as infructuous.
