2. The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 23.08.2007 passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing W.P.No.27226 of 2006 filed by the appellant.
3. The related writ petition was filed seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the application of the appellant dated 14.12.2004 for grant of Occupancy Rights Certificate (ORC) under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955. 2
4. Noticing that claim of the appellant was rejected way back on 21.07.2005, the writ petition was dismissed.
5. At this distant point of time, we are of the view that no live issue survives for adjudication in this writ appeal.
6. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
