Heard Mr. Vikram Pooserla, learned counsel for the
appellant; Mr. G.P.Yashvardhan, learned counsel for all the
respondents barring respondent No.3; and Ms. Mrudula,
learned counsel for respondent No.3.
2. Appellant has filed an interlocutory application I.A.No.1 of 2022 seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the related writ appeal being Writ Appeal No.168 of 2021.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that after filing of the appeal, certain subsequent development has taken place for which appellant would like to withdraw the appeal and pursue the remedy as may be available in law.

4. Accordingly I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed and Writ Appeal is dismissed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
