K Writ Petition No.4580 of 2003 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the petitioners has informed the Court that there were no interim orders granted by this Court suspending the operation of the Tribunal's judgment, which would mean that the orders passed by the Tribunal has been worked out and the cause in the writ petition does not survives, and hence the same may be closed.
2. In view of above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
