respondents.
2. On 16.08.2022 also, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Accordingly, the appeals are listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. Mr. K.Venumadhav, learned counsel submits that initially he had filed vakalath for the appellants, but the appellants have taken away the vakalath from him and he no longer represents the appellants.
4. We have perused the common judgment and order of the learned Single Judge dated 17.11.2006 dismissing the related Writ Petition Nos.3012 of 2002 and batch.

5. On due consideration, the Writ Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in the Writ Appeals, shall stand closed.
