This appeal is filed by the appellant aggrieved by the
order, dated 26.03.2016, passed in CCT's Ref.No.L.III(2)/
6/2016 (CO.No.7/2016), by the respondent-Commissioner of
Commercial Taxes, Telangana State, Hyderabad.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant has applied for One Time Settlement (OTS) and the same is under consideration and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
