ORDER:
This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 (2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") by the Appellant/Accused seeking to set aside the Judgment of conviction dated 11.02.2009 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge at Nagarkurnool in S.C.No.602 of 2008.
2. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent- State. Perused the record. None appeared for the appellant/Accused.
3. On perusal of the record, there is no representation before this Court on several occasions.
4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the appellant had served out the sentence of imprisonment imposed upon him and was released from jail on 15.07.2015.
5. In the said circumstances, the Criminal Appeal is disposed off since the appellant had undergone the sentence awarded by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge at Nagarkunool in S.C.No.602 of 2008.
Crl.Appeal No.786 of 2009 2 Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
