JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan)
Mr. M.Durga Prasad, learned counsel submits that
Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the
appellant had given up his vakalat for the appellant.
However, he is not in a position to furnish the particulars,
such as, when he gave up his vakalat.
On the other hand, we have heard Mr. Mohammed
Hussain, learned Government Pleader for Energy appearing
for respondent No.1; Mr. R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing
Counsel appearing for respondents No.2, 3 and 4; and Ms. T.Pushpa Rani, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
We have also perused the order of the learned Single Judge dated 28.11.2019 passed in W.P.No.20250 of 2019 which does not call for any interference.
2However, since there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, Writ appeal is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
