CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4209 OF 2009
ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition has been directed against judgment dated 27.07.2009 passed in R.A.No.104 of 2007 by the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, wherein and whereby the order dt.07.03.2007 passed in R.C.No.344 of 2004 by the IV Additional Rent Controller-cum-XVI Junior Civil Judge, Hyderabad, was confirmed..
2. The present appeal is at the instance of petitioner. Proceeding sheet dt.20.10.2021 shows the death of revision petitioner and till date no steps have been taken. Subsequent adjournments also reveal that there was no representation from the learned Counsel for revision petitioner. In the said circumstances, the civil revision is petition is liable to be dismissed as abated.
3. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
