SECOND APPEAL No.377 OF 2016
JUDGMENT:
1. The present appeal has been directed against judgment and decree dated 09.12.2015 passed in A.S.No.100 of 2012 by the III Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dt.31.12.2011 passed in O.S.No.703 of 2000 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy, was confirmed. The said suit was filed by the plaintiff for injunction.
2. The present appeal is at the instance of defendant No.1. Though the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" there is no representation from the appellant.
3. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
