SECOND APPEAL No.206 OF 2016
JUDGMENT:
1. The present appeal has been directed against judgment and decree dated 10.06.2015 passed in A.S.No.56 of 2012 by the II Additional District Judge, Warangal, wherein and whereby the judgment and decree dt.18.07.2012 passed in O.S.No.21 of 2007 by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, was reversed. The said suit was filed by the plaintiffs for injunction.
2. The present appeal is at the instance of defendant. The learned Counsel for the appellant stated that the sole appellant died, and he has addressed a letter to the legal heirs of deceased appellant, but there was no response from the legal heirs.
3. Recording the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
