Heard Mr. P.V.L.Bhanu Prakash, learned counsel for
the appellant; Mr. Parsa Ananth Nageshwar Rao, learned
Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 4;
and Mr. P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
2. After hearing the matter at length and when we are about to dismiss the writ appeal on merit, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the appeal and to avail his remedy as available in law.
3. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed with liberty as prayed for. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
