Heard Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for
the appellants.
2. This writ appeal challenges order dated 21.07.2017
passed by the learned Single Judge allowing Writ Petition No.1888 of
2004 filed by respondent Nos.1 to 4 as the writ petitioners.
3. Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submits that Writ Appeal has become infructuous.
4. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
However, there shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
