the appellants.


      2.     This writ appeal challenges order dated 04.12.2014

passed by the learned Single Judge allowing Writ Petition No.12362

of 2009 filed by respondent Nos.1 & 2 as the writ petitioners.

3. Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants submits that Writ Appeal has become infructuous.

4. Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
