AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT APPEAL No.181 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Ujjal Bhuyan) Mr. R.Rakesh, learned counsel representing Mr. Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants submits on instructions that appellants would like to withdraw the writ appeal in view of settlement arrived at between the parties before the Lok Adalat at Ranga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar vide Award dated 26.02.2016 in O.S.No.1294 of 2015.
2. Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of on withdrawal. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Appeal, shall stand closed.
