HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO AND HON'BLE SMT DR.JUSTICE G.RADHA RANI APPEAL SUIT No.585 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) d Sri Ajgal Ravi Babu, learned counsel for the appellants circulated letter dated 25.07.2022 in the registry, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit stating that the issue is resolved out of Court.

Permission is accorded.
