Respondents
Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to
issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus

i) declaring the impugned judgment dt. 31-3-2004 in LGC No. 39/1997
on the file of Respondent-1 as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction, and
same is liable to be setaside;
ii) costs be awarded to the Petitioner;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit
filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. B. Mahender Reddy,
Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. V. Tulsi Reddy, Advocate for the
Respondent Nos. 2 to 8, and the Court made the following
ORDER:
" Respondent No.1 is directed to make available the record in question forthwith.
Respondents 2 to 8 are represented by Mr. V. Tulsi Reddy. List on 6-7-2004.
Till the next date, status quo as regards nature and possession of the property in question be maintained by the parties."
