2. It is submitted that the present writ petitions are covered by the judgment delivered on 05.07.2022 in W.P.No.7893 of 2020 and batch (M/s. Sri Sri Engineering Works v. Deputy Commissioner (CT)).

3. Accordingly, the writ petitions are allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

4. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
