COMMON JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy)

      CMA.No.710 of 2016 is filed by the appellant-

Husband     against   the    Judgment      and   Decree   dated

09.06.2016, passed in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2013 on the file of

the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.

      CMA.No.716 of 2016 is filed by the appellant-

Husband against the Judgment and Decree dt.09.06.2016

passed in H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2014 on the file of the Senior

Civil Judge, Sangareddy.

      This Court on 22.06.2021 referred these appeals to

the High Court Legal Services Committee for recording the

settlement, if any, between the parties.

      The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee

submitted a report on 10.07.2021 along with Memorandum

of Understanding dt.21.03.2020 stating that the parties

appeared before the Committee, identified by their counsel

and have settled the matter amicably; and that they also

admitted    the   terms     of   the   said   memorandum       of

Understanding.

      Heard Sri A.Ravi Shankar, learned counsel for

appellant and Sri M.Pratap Singh, learned counsel for

respondent.

In view of the above, both the appeals are allowed in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dt.21.03.2020 enclosed along with the Report submitted by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee dt.10.07.2021. A decree be drawn in accordance with the terms of Memorandum of Understanding and a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding shall form part of the record.

Accordingly, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties and the orders dated dated 09.06.2016, passed in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2013 and H.M.O.P.No.51 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, are set aside granting divorce to the parties by mutual consent.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these appeals shall stand dismissed.
