JUDGMENT:
1. This contempt case is filed for punishing the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act for non-implementation of the orders dated 18.08.2021 passed by this court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.19493 of 2021.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the record.
3. This court by order dated 18.08.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in W.P.No.19493 of 2021 has granted interim suspension as prayed for. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner has hastily filed this contempt case even without waiting for completion of two months period from 18.08.2021 as contemplated under the writ rules.
4. The contempt case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
