JUDGMENT:
1. This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience and violation of the orders of this court dated 25.02.2021 in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in W.P.No.23277 of 2020.
2. Heard both sides and perused the record.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the material on record, this court is of the view that there is neither willful disobedience nor violation of the orders of this court and the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case is also silent on the above aspect. Further, the petitioner also failed to establish willful disobedience and violation of the orders of this court.
4. The contempt case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
