M.A.C.M.A Nos.249 & 1495 OF 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT:
During the pendency of the appeals, the matter was referred to the Lok Adalat, and the same were settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 10.07.2021.
Accordingly, the MACMAs are disposed of in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these appeals shall stand closed.
