                WRIT PETITION No. 22677 of 2021
ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in continuing to show the lands in Survey No.191 of Kolluru Village and Survey No.30 of Osman Nagar Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District, in the prohibited properties list in the Dharani Portal, despite the judgment dated 07.04.2021, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.15041 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have given a representation to the respondent No.3 on 08.01.2021 and also got issued a legal notice on 28.06.2021 requesting to delete their lands from the prohibited properties list. But, so far, no action has been taken thereon.

4. Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioners file an application through online in Dharani Portal ventilating their grievance, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application through online in 2 Dharani Portal, seeking to delete the subject lands from the list of prohibited properties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the authorities concerned shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof. A copy of the order that may be passed by the respondent authorities shall be communicated to the petitioners.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
