                  WRIT PETITION No.22383 of 2021
ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for all the respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 30.06.2021 and 01.07.2021 filed by the petitioner seeking to cancel the registered sale deed bearing document No.14411/2013, as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed.

A perusal of the material on record reveals that the learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, vide judgment and decree dated 14.07.2020 passed in O.S. No.1047 of 2017, decreed the suit filed by the writ petitioner herein seeking to cancel sale deed document No.14411/2013 dated 26.09.2013 executed in favour of one Syed Zafar.

In that view of the matter and having regard to the fact that the representations made by the petitioner are already pending before the authorities for consideration, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 30.06.2021 and 01.07.2021 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, duly taking into consideration the judgment dated 14.07.2020 passed by the Civil Court, referred to above, as expeditiously as possible, 2 preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, duly putting Syed Zafar, who is the defendant in the civil suit referred to above, on notice.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
