Sri A. Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant-insurance company, seeks permission to withdraw this M.A.C.M.A. and he filed a letter dated 15.09.2021 to that effect.
Permission is accorded.
Therefore, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
