JUDGMENT:
Heard both sides and perused the record. Vide order dated 07.07.2021, the MACMA was referred to Lok Adalat. On 10.07.2021, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat.
In view of the same, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 10.07.2021, passed by the Lok Adalat. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
