representing the respondent Bank submits that the impugned
notice 28.08.2020 was issued with some defects.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted on 17.09.2020 shall stands vacated.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
