CRIMINAL PETITION No.2345 of 2020
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.75/2020 of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad City.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, would submit that the Sessions Case registered basing on the subject crime ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 11.12.2020 passed in S.C.No.48/2020.
4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
