WRIT PETITION No.21529 of 2021
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 3. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.07.2020 seeking to implementation of his name in the ROR, based upon the judgment and decree dated 24.02.2020, passed by the I Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, in O.S.No.140 of 2019, in respect of the agricultural land, admeasuring Ac.1.30 guntas, in Survey No.550/EE, situated at Rajapur Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.
Learned Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an application through on-line in Dharani Portal, the same will be considered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application through on-line in Dharani Portal ventilating his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the concerned authority shall pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as 2 expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks thereof, duly putting all the interested parties on notice.
Since this Court directed the authorities to put all the interested parties on notice before passing any orders, notice to the unofficial respondent in the present writ petition is dispensed with.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
