Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned
Additional Advocate General for the respondents.

Since the learned counsel for the appellants expresses urgency for the writ petition to be decided and since the learned Additional Advocate General is also agreeable for the writ petition to be decided expeditiously, we request the learned Single Judge having the provision to deal with the subject as per the current roster to take up this matter and decide it preferably before 05.10.2021.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is disposed of.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed.
