It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that the
appellant wants to withdraw the writ appeal as he no longer intends to
pursue the matter. Learned counsel has also addressed a letter dated
03-09-2021
to the Registry to that effect.
In view of the same, recording the submission made by the learned counsel and in view of the letter dated 03-09-2021, permission is hereby accorded and the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
