                SECOND APPEAL No.141 of 2021

JUDGMENT :

The appellants have preferred this Second Appeal, aggrieved of the dismissal of A.S.No.48 of 2016 by judgment dated 20.04.2021, passed by the I-Additional District Judge, Warangal, confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2016, passed by the I-Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, in O.S.No.57 of 2008.

2. Heard.

3. The suit for perpetual injunction, filed by the respondent herein was decreed by the trial Court on merits. Aggrieved of it, the appellants/defendants have filed A.S.No.48 of 2016 before the I-Additional District Judge, Warangal. The said appeal is dismissed, confirming the judgment and decree of the trial Court in O.S.No.57 of 2008.

4. A perusal of the grounds of appeal does not disclose any questions of law, much less the substantial questions of law for entertaining this second appeal. Both the Courts below have given concurrent findings on merits, after trial. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. 2

5. The Second Appeal is devoid of merit and it is accordingly dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
