ORDER:
1. It represented by Mr. Venkat Raghu Ramulu, learned counsel for the respondent that the subject matter of the transfer CMP has become infructuous since the OP filed by the respondent/husband for divorce has been disposed of by the learned Family Court granting divorce by judgment and decree dated 22.04.2021.
2. This transfer CMP is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the transfer CMP stand closed.
