JUDGMENT:
This matter was referred to Lok Adalat organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, wherein an Award was passed on 10.07.2021. As per the terms of the Award in paragraph 3, the Insurance Company, which preferred this Appeal, intended to withdraw the same. Accordingly, the appellant was permitted to withdraw the Appeal.
Hence, in terms of the Award dated 10.07.2021, this Appeal is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No costs.
