Petition under Section 22 of A.P. Building Lease and Eviction Act,
praying that in circumstances stated in the petition and memorandum of
grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the above
Civil Revision Petition filed by the Revision Petitioners by setting aside the
Judgment dt. 22-12-2014 passed in R.A.No.104/2013 passed by Addl.
Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad in confirming the Order
dt.05-06-2013 passed in R.C.No.341 of 2011 passed by II Addl. Rent
Controller City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad.
CRPMP. No.1718/2015:
Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to stay of
all further proceedings including the Eviction in pursuance of Judgment
dt.22-12-2014 passed in R.A.No.104/2013 on the file of Addl. Chief Judge,
City Small Causes Court at Hyderabad against the order passed in
R.C.No.341/2011 on the file of II Addl. Rent Controller, Hyderabad, pending
disposal of CRP.No.1270 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
grounds filed herein, and order of High Court dated 01-04-2015, 2-4-2015,
10-4-2015, 17-4-2015 24-4-2015 and made herein and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri. Nazir Ahmed Khan, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri.
M. Shiva Shekar, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the
following
ORDER:
"It is represented that interim order, dated 01-04-2015, was extended up to 24-04-2015 and thereafter, as there was no representation for the petitioners and as there was no extension of interim order, warrant was issued for delivery of possession, but the same is not executed as on today.
In that view of the matter, status quo as on today shall be maintained, pending further orders."
