JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
On the first call when the matter was taken up in
the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the appellants.
The matter was, therefore, passed over to be taken up
after lunch recess. Even in the second round, when the
matter is called, none is present on behalf of the
appellants. Earlier also on 23.07.2021, there was no
appearance on behalf of the appellants.
The writ appeal is, therefore, dismissed for want of
prosecution. The miscellaneous applications pending in
this appeal, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
