JUDGMENT:      (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


      Learned counsel for the parties have informed this court that

the writ appeals arising out of the same impugned order have been

disposed of by this court, by an order dated 26.10.2021 passed in

W.A.No.533 of 2021 and batch.

      The operative portion of the order dated 26.10.2021 passed

in W.A.No.533 of 2021 and batch reads as under:-

             "Resultantly, the order passed by the learned Single Judge
      is set aside. The matter is remanded back to the writ court to deal
      with each and every individual writ petition, in order to give a
      finding of fact whether Rule 6(A) of the Rules has been complied
      with or not.   The parties shall appear before the learned Single
      Judge on 29.10.2021. The learned Single Judge is requested to
      decide the matters as expeditiously as possible, preferably within
      a period of thirty days from today, keeping in view the fact that the
      petitioners are running against time and by efflux of time, their
      right to the post will come to an end.

             With the aforesaid, the Writ Appeals stand disposed of."

      In the light of the aforesaid order, the present writ appeal

also stands disposed of. The matter is remanded back to the writ

court, in order to give a finding of fact whether Rule 6(A) of the

Rules has been complied with or not.                The parties shall appear

before the learned Single Judge on 29.10.2021. The learned Single

Judge is requested to decide the matter as expeditiously as

possible, preferably within a period of thirty days from today,

keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is running against time

and by efflux of time, her right to the post will come to an end.

       The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal,

if any, shall stand closed.
