The present writ appeal is arising out of an order dated
28.09.2021
passed in W.P.No.10090 of 2021.
The order dated 28.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.10090 of 2021 reveals that he has listed the matter on 26.10.2021 finally for filing counter affidavit.
In the considered opinion of this court, as the matter is already listed today i.e, on 27.10.2021, learned counsel shall certainly be free to argue the matter on merits before the learned Single Judge. No case for interference is made out in the present writ appeal.
The writ appeal is dismissed.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
