JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)
Learned counsel for the appellant prays for
withdrawal of the present writ appeal, as the same is not
maintainable keeping in view the judgment delivered by
the Supreme Court in Ram Kishan Fauji v. State of
Haryana1.
The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to approach the Supreme Court.
The miscellaneous applications pending in this appeal, if
any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to
costs.
