JUDGMENT:     (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Satish Chandra Sharma)


      Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing at length,

prays for withdrawal of the present writ appeal unconditionally.

However, it has been stated by the learned counsel that there was

no malice involved in filing the writ petition and the writ petitioner

only wanted to bring the irregularities committed by respondent

No.5 to the notice of the court. He prays that costs imposed by the learned Single Judge may be waived.

The writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. In the light of the unconditional withdrawal of the writ appeal, costs imposed by the learned Single Judge are waived.

The miscellaneous applications pending in this writ appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
