ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the official respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 to 7 not to entertain the registration of the joint family properties, which are subject matter of the partition suit in O.S. No. 592 of 2021 pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District.
Even though several grounds have been raised by the petitioner, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed civil suit being O.S. No. 592 of 2021 seeking partition and separate possession of the property, pending on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief, as sought for in the present writ petition. Ultimately, if the petitioner succeeds in the suit filed by her, the decree is not only binding on the parties but also the revenue authorities and they are bound to implement the Judgment and Decree of the Court.
The writ petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
