2. A perusal of the averments in the transfer CMP, petitioner has requested to withdraw OP.No.600 of 2015 pending on the file of Judgment, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and to transfer the same to Additional Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, wherein another OP.No.541 of 2015 and M.C.No.112 of 2015 are pending. Therefore, to ascertain the status of pending matters, representation on behalf of petitioner is felt essential.
3. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed for default for want of representation on behalf of petitioner. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
